Driving Outcome
In a team, there is always a choice to drive or to perform. Each require diferent set of behaviors to exist.
Driving usually outcome driven. Proactive mode by default ensuring the team getting closer to the expected results. Some are overly aggressive, some are strategic. Whichever is I guess depending on the situation.
There are roles specifically for this, to drive things. For example Team Lead, Project Manager, Product Manager and other leadership roles. Fortunately we are free to play driving role within own boundaries.
Performing is like a webhook endpoint. Ready to execute. No incoming trigger, no action. In a team, they are usually task driven members.
Surely we are both at times. Knowing when & which to weight is helpful.
